At Desky Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If your new desk or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your home office, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our Canadian distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
